When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. That submission is emailed to our team so we can respond to your request. We do not sell this information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for any purpose other than replying to you and following up about the services you asked about.

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@salesmarketingservice.com.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, including which pages are viewed, which links are clicked, and whether a form was submitted or a phone number tapped. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Part of what we do for clients is business to business email outreach. When we send email on behalf of a client, the message clearly identifies the business it comes from, uses accurate subject lines and header information, includes a valid physical mailing address, and provides a working unsubscribe link in every message.

Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and within ten business days, and any address that opts out is added to a suppression list so it will not receive further campaign email. We do not sell or transfer email addresses that have opted out.

Forward Momentum complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Every commercial email we send, for ourselves or for a client, includes truthful sender information, an accurate subject line, identification of the message as an advertisement where required, a valid postal address, and a clear method to opt out of future messages. If you believe you received a message from us in error, email contact@salesmarketingservice.com and we will remove you immediately.

We use third party providers to operate this site and deliver email, including hosting, analytics, and email delivery services. These providers process data only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@salesmarketingservice.com with your request and we will respond.
